Complaint Review: Theanna Zika - Visiting Angels

I can vouch for the negative report on Ms. Zika. I had the exact same experience when working for her. Not ony that she refused to pay for hours worked, cursed out people on the phone and never took responsibility for her actions.

She forgot assessments, forgot to show up for appointments and interviews with staff. She would even hire office staff and forget she hired them and hired two people for the same job then when both showed up she would deny ever hiring the first person! I witnessed the same behavior with the sniffing, constantly using nose spray, pacing and hyper activity, clenched jaw and histrionic behavior. When she wasn't "up" she also would fall asleep during a conversation often and it would happen suddenly where her eyes would just role back, jaw would drop and head would tilt back. She would have temper outbursts which were not appropriate to the situation often.

I was often made to call potential clients and make up excuses as to why she forgot to go to the assessment and in return she would often offer a free day to the client.
