Theater Research consumer rip-off Long Island, New York
My friend called me up to tell me that this guy had a great deal on a digital theater system made by Digital Research. He said it was worth $2000 and my friend had talked him down to $400 when he called me because I know more about electronics then him.
He showed my friend a magazine with the system in it and said it retailed for $2000. He also gave him a website to go to, so I went on the internet and typed it in a search engine and this site came up with another story about this company and how its a big scam.
We were lucky and didn't close the deal thanks to this website.
