Complaint Review: Thecarouselking - PT Bali Invest Mitra Abadi Group

in nov. of 2004 i ordered 2 carousel horses from this company, with a guarenteed xmas delivery. after jan. of 2005 and no horses or contact from this company, i registered a complaint on complaints.com. I registered a complaint again in march of 2005. after not hearing from them after numerous emails i had to assume that i had been ripped off. I finally heard from this company in Nov. of 2005. Their manager, Jasmine wrote that they have tried to contact me many times during the course of the year. Since neither my email address or home address has changed this was just a lot of B.S. They also informed me that they would not release my horses or refund my money unless i took all complaints off the net. It seems, that their Board of Directors, are not HAPPY with my complaints. After over a year, I am not happy with their Board. Stay away from this company, do not send them any money, or bank transfers.Oh by the way, they admitted that they shipped my horses late.Yea, only over a year late. Since they are a company outside the US there is not much I can do about it except to warn others.
