In October of 2013 we contacted Steve Flanagan of thechromer.com in reference to his websites claim of chrome paint systems. We recieved email communication from Steve directly on 3 occasions. Thechromer.com does not list a physical address or phone number, email only. After our initial communication with Steve he contacted us by phone to discuss the product and process he was selling. After a few conversations via phone we decided to order the system in the total amount of $4500. We had projects lined up for this service at our facility and were ready to get started.

We overnighted Steve a check to get the system built and on the way to us. We were told each one was built to order and would be approx 2 weeks to ship. This wasnt a problem for us. The check was sent and cashed accordingly. Since the time he has recieved his payment phone corresponence stopped. We recieved text messages in regards to where our system was. As timed passed by we got more and more excuses as to why our system had not shipped. We recieved TEXTS only, he ignored all phone conversation and email correspondence.

After about 8 weeks we sent emails to all of thechrome.com email addresses we had that were less than cordial. We recieved a phone call shortly after from Steve. He assured us our system was coming and everything was ready. Over the christmas holiday we were told our system had shipped via freight company. No tracking was provided. We recieved a small USPS package containing 3 small bottles of some clear liquid with his label on it claiming to be chrome materials, they are still unopened. All communication with steve has stopped. We have filed a complaint with the FBI white collar and internet crimes division. We are pursuing legal action against Steve and thechromer.com.

Be warned, this is the most unprofessional individual I have delt with in years of operating.
