I ordered 3 Ed Hardy purses in good faith and today I received one of the items. It is obviously fake as the material, craftsmanship and colors do not look at all like the real deal as I have a real one of my own. Then when you call customer service even the agent "Jack" with an Indian accent is telling me they do not guarantee the merchandise from the manufactureres.

If you click to the refund policy they have all this stipulations on returns that it makes it virtually impossible to get reimbursed. Luckily I charged my order and when the bill comes, I will refuse to pay as I feel this company is a Rip-Off and they are purposely deceiving people by selling fake items from China as authentic.
