Ordered an advertised Canon camera on Oct. 10th.
Got a confirmation email. Said to call to confirm order. I called and asked if I wanted extra batteries, larger card, etc, etc. I politely said no. They then told me the item is actually reburbished and that I can still buy a new one for $70.00 more. I said no and that this camera was not advertised as "refurbished".

Their response was the add didn't state whether the camera was new or refurbished! I said just send me the reburbished camera. He then stated that the camera would not be shipped for 2-3 weeks since it was a reburbished model.He then said I could still buy the new camera for $70.00 more. I politely said no thank you and then he hung up.

Eight days have gone by and I decided to track my order. I logged into my account and to my suprise found that I had no order on the account.

I called the 800 number and spoke with a customer service person who said my order had been canceled since they had no cameras in stock!!!They had not called or emailed to notify me.

This business should be put off the internet. They are scam artists using "bait and switch"
