I went through everyprice.com to purchase a camera from thedigitalnerds, the next day I received an e-mail asking to contact their ordering dept on Sunday between specific hours. I had purchased this camera on Monday? I called Tuesday to ask why I had to wait until Sunday to confirm my order. The man said I could confirm it today but they needed to know if I would be getting the extra products that go with the camera. None were listed as needed in the purchase agreement. This man went on to describe battery packs etc.. I asked him if I could check my account with the bank? He rudely commented that "lady everyone knows if they have 100$" then I said can I at least check with my husband? and he said "thats it lady you just stepped over the line! your order is cancelled!" I couldn't believe his rudeness and he identified himself as the owner. everyprice.com advertizes them as their top seller with rave reviews. I posted my negative interaction and it has yet to be posted and there is no reason not to. If you look at the positive postings they are very formulated, short and sweet. You have to go pages back to find negative feedback like mine. Then I come to this website and find multiple similar complaints. I did call thedigitalnerds back and asked to speak to a manager and they put me to voicemail, later that day I received an e-mail saying my item was out of stock... The website claims in it is in stock? thedigitalnerds needs to be shut down after reading all of these other compaints. I do believe they have multiple other names for the same company and business practices under the umbrella of everyprice.com.
