Ordered a digital camera from thedigitalnerds.com. The next day they called me and confirmed it was in stock, then told me it didn't come with a memory card. A memory card is supposed to be included with the camera according to the manufacturer, and thedigitalnerds web site.

Anyway, they proceeded to tell me that none is included and tried to sell me an overpriced memory card. I told them I didn't need a memory card. They then hung up.

A week later I called to check status on my order. I was hung up on before I could even speak to anyone. I called back, and an extremely rude man said my order was cancelled. I proceeded to tell him the item was confirmed in stock, and he continued to say "cancelled, cancelled" "repeat after me cancelled". He also said my credit card would be charged a 20% cancellation fee and then hung up.

Their scam is advertising a low price and then contacting the customer to try to sell them overpriced memory cards. If you don't buy their overpriced cards, they cancel the order.

Lord knows what they will now do with my credit card info.
