Everyprice.com lists theditigalnerds.com as having the lowest price for a camera I was looking for. There were glowing testimonials for the company on their website, but I should have looked here.

Within half hour I was called with regard to the order. I thought to myself 'what great service'. Well, I was wrong. They told me I 'must' buy a memory card for the camera. I explained that this was, infact a replacement for my broken camera and that I had more than enough accessories.

Then, he told me this price was for a refurbished camera. I said I wasn't aware. He said he could sell me a new one for $20.00 more, which I was willing to pay because it was still a good price.

Then I asked if it were possible to purchase a different color. He then quoted me first a price of 219.99. I asked if the color offered different functionalities. He said no and then said he'd give it to me for 199.99. (still 20.00 more than the other, but still not a bad price). He was also tacking on another 5.00 for 'insurance'. OK.

Before agreeing, I began to say that it was a bit disappointing to find that the original price was for refurbished when their website didn't say anything about it. To which he said nothing but hung up on me.

Well, thankfully for caller id, I called back and said I think we might have been somehow disconnected. I was first told that the order was confirmed. I asked who confirmed it and then he said the credit card was NOT charged. I said I don't understand and asked for further explanation and he hung up on me again.

I called back and hit the button for customer services. When the phone picked up, I received the same person picked up the phone. I asked if it were customer service and he said, "No call back tomorrow." I asked if I could speak to a sales supervisor to which he replied "BXXXX, what part of TO-MOR-ROW don't you understand?" Then I started to get a bit testy today and I said, "NO I want to talk to somebody NOW." Then in very juvenile fashion, he said something to the effect of "noooo, Iwennnatalktosomebodynowwwwwww" as if mocking me. Then he said "F-You" and hung up on me.
