I have the same old story here........... I ordered a Sony cybershot from them and of course, got the typical call and confirm and the upsell bit, from Jim. I fell for it after I was told if I didn't get the battery, I'd get the grey market version that was all in Chinese. At the end of the call, I was thinking better of this and was about to cancel, when the guy says "no cancellations" and I got hung up on. I called my card co and they wouldn't cancel the order without it coming in and they called for me. The "Manager" Travis, (mind you I think they're all the same people at this point), said that he really wanted my business so he'd throw in a tripod and memory card too. So with my card co on the line, I said okay. Stupidly. So for a camera that was $249 on the site along with $15 shippin, I ended up paying $374.

I get the camera and it's at least the "american" version in black but the battery is NOT the extended life battery and of course, no tripod or memory card. It also retails for $25 and NOT the $100 they quoted me. I called (spoke to Jeff this time) and they swore it was, that I just had to look at the Mah. He said just try it and if it's not return it. When I asked them about the extras he swore that they'd "send it".

Now knowing this is bull and they won't send anything, I tried to call and cancel. And got hung up on. Over and over
