I ordered a NEW Nikon D5200, I placed the order online and received a email to call and confirm my order. when I called I was told that I ordered a imported model that would have no warrenty, for a $179.00 more dollars I could get a USA model. I agreed to the upcharge and receilved the camera a week later. The camera came in a generic box with a home made label. There was no warreny card. all nikons come with a warrenty card, without you have no warrenty. The camera that I recieved was a heavly used camera, dirt behind the viewfinder and scratches all over the body. the camera is unusable. I filed a fraud report with the credit card company and got a refund depending a investigation. I notified the company and was told that the camera was new and that Nikon does'nt send warrenty cards, that was old school. After my secound call I wanted a RMA number to return the used camera, And was told that they would send a email with a form to fill out and fax back for a RMA. The email came two days later on a Friday at 3:00pm and had to be faxed back in 24hrs. The fax said that it had been over the seven day return period. I have only had the camer two days when the email came, I hope that the credit card company can handle this scam of a company.  The web site shows a false address in Florida, but was shipped from New York.
