Complaint Review: Thee Moving Company

Thee Moving Company is the WORST decision I have ever made. I hired Thee Moving Company to move 12 pieces of furniture 5 miles away. This resulted in a broken sofa, damaged flooring, scrapes on freshly painted walls, and a broken door jam. Not to mention, I requested 3 movers and only two showed. To top that off, the majority of the time was spent with the owner of the company (Derrick) on the phone leaving his younger employee unable to proceed... while ultimately being charged for FIVE hours instead of the estimated two. When I tried to discuss the damages to my property, Derrick ignored my phone calls even after I fulfilled all his requests for documentation of damages. I am at a complete loss for words.
