Thee Olde Dart Shoppe - George Haines has received payment ($396.00) in April for 18 boxes of Apex darts. He only sent 5 boxes in August. I have left numerous messages with no response. He owes me 13 boxes or $286.00 refund internet
I am the secretary for a small dart club, The Bull's Eye Dart Club;we meet and throw darts at the Otter point Yacht Club 32 weeks a year. This past April I ordered 18 boxes of Apex darts at $22.00 a box from a web site called Thee Olde Dart Shoppe ran by George Haines. I kind of thought it strange when he ask me to send him a check rather than use a charge but he said he was in the process of changing charge companies. I preceded to forward him a personal check for $396.00 which he cashed. After numerous phone calls and unanswered messages I finally got in touch with him. He said he was out of town and the darts were on back order due to the huge demand in Pa;which I found out later was not true. He finally sent me 5 boxes in August and that's the last contact I had with him. I have been calling every day for the last month leaving messages and again with no response. In the messages I have ask him to either send us the remaining 13 boxes of darts or refund us $286.00

I am the secretary for the Bulls Eye Dart Club. On June 20th 2011, I ordered 18 boxes of Apex darts @ $22.00 a box ($396.00) from George Haines, Thee Olde Dart Shoppe, E-mail vipdarts9@vipid.com, phone # 267-446-4695. I kind of thought it strange that he ask me to send him a personal check rather than using my visa card, but he said he was in the process of changing credit card companies. I sent him a check for $396.00 onJune 20th, 2011 from my on line banking account; to George Haines, 53 East Lincoln Ave. , Hatfield , Pa. 19440 . After numerous phone calls and unanswered messages I finally got in touch with Haines in August, 2011. He said he was out of town and the darts were on backorder, which I found out later was just a lie as I called the manufacturer of Apex darts and they said that was not true and that Haines was on a cash first basis due to his past poor payment history. Haines said he would send me the darts by the end of August. I received 5 boxes of darts in early September from George Haines, VIP Darts 101 Dogwood Drive Jim Thorpe, Pa. 18229. On the invoice he wrote that he still owes me 13 boxes (dozen) of darts. Thats the last contact I have had with him. I have called numerous times and again left messages with no success. On December 12th, 2011 the president of the dart club sent him an e-mail to either refund our money ($286.00) or send us the darts owed. He also stated that if this does not happen he was going to get our lawyer involved. On December the 16th, Haines responded that he was sorry and the order simply fell threw the crack. which we know was not true. On December 29th, we
e-mailed him again and said we were still waiting for our order. On December 30th 2011 Haines e-mailed that Apex was closed for the holidays and he would ship onTuesday January 3rd, 2012 . We still have not received our darts. Haines will not answer e-mails or phone calls.
