Unbelievably bad experience. Received a phone call from a sales rep a few hours after the order was placed (just like the other reviewer) who said that this charger (Nikon MH-23) is on a national backlog of 4-6 weeks, but that he had a "comparable" charger that would do the job in a shorter period of time.  He was very pushy trying to sell me the third-party (non-Nikon) charger. Offered "special pricing" and "my supervisor just authorized me to blah, blah, blah" tactics.

When I said that I would have to get back to them (I never agreed to purchase the "alternate" charger), he kept at me trying to push this on me.  I finally hung-up on him after I had said no twice.  I called back the number on the website and it went to the same guy.  He said he would transfer me to the "cancel department" and I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes.  I hung up and called back, same guy again.  I just said that I wanted to cancel the order and to please stop leaving me on hold.  He finally "transferred" me to another person, who again tried to push the third-party charger at an even lower price.  I was abrupt at this point and said I just wanted to cancel the order.  He said that it was cancelled.  I will provide an update if I end up getting charged.

This doesn't sound like a business at all, it sounds like a few people running a scam from their homes.  Based on all of the poor feedback online, you would think that the state of Florida would do something about this "business".

Very poor experience, go with Amazon, or someone reputable or be prepared to be disappointed and frustrated.
