Thefurniture.com Ripoff Still awaiting my order 6 wks after it was placed Trevose Pennsylvania

My fiancee and I ordered a dinette and bedroom set from thefurniture.com. Delivery pickup was stated on the website as 5-10 days. A customer service rep told us it would take another 5-7 business days to get here after it was picked up.

The items didn't ship for a mere 17 business days after the order was placed. We still haven't received out order today, 6 wks after we placed our order.

Thefurniture.com blames the shipping company and the shipping company says there is nothing they can do.

Desipte thefurniture.com's 100% satisfaction guarantee the 3 customer service reps have done nothing to find out why our order has taken so long, not have they lifted a finger to expedite our order.

Buy the way, we were given the option to cancel our order a a mere 25% restocking penalty plus shippig charges... how's that for 100% satisfaction guarantee.

I can understand getting penalized 25% for changing our mind or something like that but this is simply not getting the merchandise that we paid for...How long do we have to wait???

It would be nice if thefurniture paid interest dividends for the amount of time they kept our money without delivering the products.
