Went to this site after searching Google and the site seemed cheesey, but had security logos so I figured that I was okay. The ordering process went off without a hitch and I received a confirmation email of my order. This confirmation came from someone calling himself Brian Smith at the email address of carguy24-69@yahoo.com, which started me to worry. Sounded like a kid's email and turned out to be a fictitious email. Sent at least 10 emails to the address and all were returned with NO SUCH ADDRESS. Went online to the site to check the order and got a suspicious website "error."

I had ordered on December 16th and paid for 2 day air to make absolute certain that the game would get here in time for my grandson for Christmas. Calls to the number given on the site got a voicemail that stated that "he" was "away for the holidays, but orders were still taken via the site and shipping was occurring up to Christmas eve." He also said that he "would return after New Year's." This is ridiculous, to take time out during the busiest days of the year and leave zero phone support! Everything this site does seems highly suspect and unprofessional. It is now January 4th, 2008 and I still have not heard anything and have filed fraud paperwork with my credit card company.

Stay away from this place like the plague and use reputable, reported sites from Nextag or CNET. Some "storefronts" at Pricegrabber are also very unpredictable, DealMaster888, formerly Shentech is, one in particular.

It is now the 13th of January, 2008, and no emails, no product, and credit card is STILL investigating. This place is UNDOUBTEDLY a fraud and not just a site with slow response or poor communicaton. STAY AWAY!
