Im relatively new to these forums and bought an account from thegamesupply.net and got scammed big time - please read and I would appreciate (if possible) if the forums mods can do something about how these guys do business..cause it totally stinks.
Before buying my account I read the terms of trade just to figure out what I was paying for..the terms of trade for thegamesupply.net clearly state that I (ie: the purchaser) will be provided with email access to the account I was buying

I also spoke to chad575 over aim and was ASSURED the account I was buying would be secure and I would get all the details to access the account..anyways after paying USD$ 450 for the account via WU I was sent an email setting out info on the account..EXCEPT...email access. I queried this with chad575 and was advised that they dont give email access..but provide the option for people to change the email address...OK..thats not what I paid for! Why do i want the original email?..
1. Becuase thats what I was promised.
2. If I dont have the original email then the account is NOT secure and anyone with access to the original email can steal back the account..or do anything they want to the account..password on the account is nothing without access to the registered email and till today they REFUSE to give me access to the registered email

Issue 2 - The reason why they cant give me access to the registered account?
BECAUSE THEY SPLICE (ie: SPLIT characters) from the one account and sell to various buyers. So your account is far from secure..why? - please see chat logg below with Chad admitting that the account they sold me was spliced.
[Ken] just curious did you guys splice this account?...ie: sell more than 1 toon from the same account to various other accounts with the same name?

[Chadwick575] I had an issue with that sort of thing around 18 months ago, and took steps to assure it wouldn't happen again, and it hasn't.
[Ken] so blizz doesnt pick up on the fact that the original ccount owner is playing his various toons from different IP's from different areas of the world??

Ok now SPLICED accounts are NOT secure..why?
1. You will never have access to the ORIGINAL EMAIL linked to the head account..which means your toon is NOT secure and whoever has access to the ORIGNAL EMAIL can steal it back or in the case of thegamesupply.net give u FALSE reasons as to why the account action has been taken against your account..because they get the orignal email from Blizz and can then tell you whateva story they want...this is pretty stufffed up cause I trusted them to tell me the TRUTH and they LIED and told me my account was closed for third party software use..which is BULLCRAP...and they have NEVER given me email access so I can read the Blizz email myself and instead forwarded me a FAKE Blizz email saying the account was closed for third party software
