He told me to send the box to his house and that he would replace it and send it back to me. I talked to Chris via text message and he told me to send it back to him and he would replace it for free. I did that and then he never replaced it or gave me my money back. These two people seem to be con artist because I understand it is happened to a lot of other people. Now he is change the name of his media box in his selling something totally different.
