I have purchased Harry Potter Acceptance Letter as a gift. I was offered to pay extra money for same day processing and shipping - I did. This was supposed to be a birthday surprise for an 11 year old boy.

One week later I got an email that my order was processed and shipped. Two weeks after the order, no product yet. The "tracking number" in the email does not work - USPS says this number is invalid. Every time I click on "view your order" link in the email, it opens a separate browser on geeksdepot website, and tells me "We've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status."  It has been over 2 weeks, and I get the same message every day, and no product. 

The company does not respond to any inquires, and it is nearly impossible to actually contact them.  They consistently delete all negative reviews online - leaving only 5 star ones - not sure who wrote them. 

I didn't check the extrernal reviews of this website prior to ordering, and simply decided to purchase from them - my mistake. Do NOT order from them - they are a scam - a cheap small company with no responsibilty or integrity.
