1/9/2023 The company provided me a gift card. I am just waiting to hear for how much? I was also asssured none of my orders will be cancelled. 

 

2. I got an email

After 1 day after perusing

Find value of my gift card  I learnt it was $161 instead of $261. I have informed #managment if they don’t ensure my card balance is $261, at that instance I

Will let go of the entire amount. I don’t want to

deal with unprofessional company. I will pursue other channels 

 

3 THEY NEVER GOT BACK. This is a company of $50 million STEALING CLIENTS Money

I paced an order. After waiting for over 15 days I called as one bought was to be worn on my birthday. I learnt my order was cancelled. I paid with gift card. Anyone in my place would be furious. I questioned. Call center supervisor #susan had no empathy. She said we can offer you $100 gift card in addition to compensate. Now I had over $400 of gift card money stuck with the company. I asked Ms. Susan if I could speak to her member of leadership team. I asked three timesaver she declined stating she was final authority. It’s been over 3 weeks and no one contacted me. I again contacted and #Nelson( call center supervisor ) contacted and said that leadership Dan folger did not work for thegldshop and after their Security team check they will advise me how to use my gift card????? I sent three emails to Nelson on Security team and why Susan sabotaged my order and use of my own gift cards? I never received any response back? I sent an LinkedIn note to Christian Johnson (CEO) ; email; tweeted and contacted him on Instagram. I am yet to receive a response. My gift cards over $400 are stuck with this company due to personal vendetta with call center which provides extremely poor customer service and does not address any concern? This company with supply chain set up from china what’s to grow business from $50 m following these process and using call centers with CEO having no knowledge what’s is going on while sitting in Miami? All they do is blame clients check your bank? Not why deliveries are late; lost in transit ; why no refunds after items sent back( no record at their end ; orders gets cancelled; clients wins no knowledge or intimation of their order or delivery. I have complete documentation on all the above. I challenge this company to prove me wrong or misleading clients?

 Today I got an email that they have recd at item back ( which they have been denying ) as a last resort. I told them what was recd was sent back as it was defective and credit was never applied. I warned them if they try any stunts with me j will file a police report

Company trying to frame / make excuse when caught

 So today I got an email that item returned ( which they have been denying) all this time is wrong. It is the same I them item I have been telling them which was sent as a replacement for lost item. The replacement was returned and no Crecit was issued . They kept on insisting my Crecit is $161.40. Now where is the Crecit for item refined I have been telling them all this while which takes to store credit to $383. See correspond
