This is the campaign we have had to use on Facebook at the bottom. There has been so many brutal attacks on our site, company, Facebook, social sites and beyond. There are many others that went corrupt in the real www.the-lost-art.com. There was a huge $500,000 contract between the-lost-art and velocity. Tracy never paid this for months, as a guy named blayne put a small down payment in good faith that this would go through. They use events to make um, money and was counting on a huge return on a Show called Krewe of boom in which they tricked and also lied to members about ownership, shares, money and you name it. Total stab in the back to those that made the stats to even get to this level, as they attempted a vicious over throw illegally and morally. The money was never made so much as pocketed and velocity was never paid the 12,000 plus in cash left on the contract. In return velocity give us 17,000 in market etc but NEVER worked those months making this again a voided contract. We actually won the case that was sent to us By Tracy Vansyke, Dexter Smith and thier demon crew. They sent a fake lawsuit trying to steal the company and we won the case Oct 6th of 2018. They were found guilty of all charges including thieft.
They have already breeched the contract so we are taking them back to court but we also were able to take down thier fake website trying to mimic the-lost-art.com call liveundergroundvibes.com. These people are now banned from the industry and any associations with LUV or The-lost-Art.com will only bring further legalities against these people.
Thanks for allowing us to host our side of the case with The Ripoff report! It was valuable for allowing us to have real dated material. Everyone on this case that has falsified thier words against TlA and nate can now put thier foots in thier mouths and hide!

If this is the last of the rebuttals anyone has to say, then its clear who has won this case. Not one of the accused has proved thier cases and whoever would would write a statement like this is obviously on the criminal side. This case is going to court and we could not be happier with the results from Ripoff report. Anyone that would support theft and this type of actions again, is a criminal themselves. Unfortunately we have warned you and Tracy both several times to shut your infringing sites down. This is a dated website and we cannot thank RipOff Report enough for this amazing service. You have allowed us to keep factual documentation of this case OPEN to the public to make their own choices. Nathanieal Lemieux, former part owner of www.the-lost-art.com, a now defunt internet Online DJ service is in a state of mourning. He has seen the death of his dream and now wishes to strike back, unrelentingly on those who would see the site grow. This person has been, and will always be, stuck in a cyclical rut of drug abuse and defensive behaviuor. While we all know that eveery business has it's ups and downs in it's first years, some people have harder times dealing with being pushed out of something that can only grow, IF that person is removed. Any businessman in his right mind, upon sight and sound of this singular entity, (and his remaining few artists, have tried to sully the name TLA, The Lost Art was a co creation. After many years together, each and every person in the group, over 100, felt nothing but bad vibes and pressure from someone with less than accumenical business standards and practices. The inability of the heads to work together, in any business will lead to this, however in this case ....swift retaliation was taken only by Nate Lemiux. Not one of the other persons in the Preserving the Pitch site, as they call themselves, has done anything to my knowledge, There hasn't and willl never any retaliation by those now at www.thelostartdjs.com This is the rantings of a failed business owner, whom noone of any mental stability should do business with.

Hello,
My name is Marc and I own Mixtube. Mixtube is not responsible for stealing, selling, taking or in any other way violating any law. We are a simply a free streaming service we provide to DJ’s for their websites, which is protected and functions under the Digital Millennium Copy Right Act as stated and outlined in our Terms of Service. http://mixtube.dj/tos.php . Exacltey like Ustream, Twitch and other streaming websites.
We run Mixtube as a no cost service to allow DJ’s and website owners to provide streaming services to their end users. We do not host their domain, or their website. We simply provide a free chat and video player to anyone who wishes to use us to broadcast live music.
We just love music! We make no money and in-fact lose money every month keeping Mixtube online. No advertisements, no sponsors. We sell nothing we just do all this for the love and progress of being a DJ.
Now there appears to be some dispute between the 2 parties involved over who exactly owns the-lost-art.com and that is between them. We are not lawyers we do not interpret the law.
Nate contacted me personally and i told him how to clear up any copyright issues he may have with Mixtube, which we have done in the past and will continue to do for anyone who contact us legitimately with the proper paperwork and procedure.
However when i told Nate how to do this you can see his response below

Now if Nate truly feels his rights are being violated he could easily take steps to quell this. He can follow section 8 of our TOS and cite any videos that maybe in violation. However he admits to wanting to do 'everything ins his power to get your website off the net' and as seen above, submits false reports to google about a site being a phishing scam. He however doesn’t appear to want to do everything in his power to protect his copyright, if he even so has claim.
I welcome the paperwork and documentation (outlined in section 8 of our TOS) so I may help Nate resolve this properly if h through the correct channels so all parties are protected. Submitting fake and slanderous and he could be held liable for his words.
