Themeware, Cardservice ripoff Newport Beach, California
I have been with these companies for over 2 years, all the things they say they would do they did not. I'm having my check account drafed every month for 2yrs. by Cardservice for $79.00.
The phone numbers are out of order. There is no way to reach them if you try emailing them that don't return your email. This company was a rip-off from the start. They lie to you about everything. It show you when that use stars for shows that they act all their life. I wish I could have some one help me with this problem.

Themeware and Leasecomm

I also have been a victim of Themeware and Leasecomm. I have found a solution that might help anybody who has been a victim of this horrific scam. File a complaint with the attorney general in massachusetts where Leasecomm is located.
Then contact Leasecomm and tell them what you are doing and ask to speak with a supervisor or a manager in a calm voice. Ask for a settlment and I was able to settle with Leasecomm for a very small amount of my contract.
I hope this helps anybody who had the misfortune of going through this because I have lost thousands of dollars as well and unfortuantely since Themeware from my understanding was bought out, I'm afraid of regaining my money back would be difficult but if everybody keeps filing charges against these people hopefully everyone can regain their money back.
