Themeware sold me a business site for only $59.00 and set me up for almost $5816.60 of payments for a lease and other associated costs. Almost immediately after the site went active, Themeware filed bankrupcy. The internet software provided by Themeware did not work as advertised, and the guarentee's of the contract were never honored by Themeware.

The site never received listing on any of the Portals that were guarenteed. The software would not accept many of the needed enhancements that were needed to properly display and make the site work. When Themeware could not be reached anymore by phone, email, then I stopped paying the lease to "Leasecomm". Leasecomm kept sending bills with phoney phone numbers on how to reach Themeware, and indicated they were only responsible for hosting the site.

This amounted to nothing, as I had to shut down the site, as the software did not work and the site never took a single hit. I used Web Position Gold to prove that the site was not listed on any portal. Can't run an Internet business without traffic and a site that works. Leasecomm started calling 3 times a day, and charged $5.00 per call whether or not they completed the call. They also would insult, swear at me (or whoever) answered the phone.

They continued to give me phoney phone numbers and contact information on Themeware indicating Leasecomm had nothing to do with the site. I ended up paying a $300.00 final payment to settle with Leasecomm.
