I have been writing to the Customer support team regards to give me my full refund of $35.95 USD I had paid for the product on Product: Membership - Unlimited Access to Movies & TV shows Order Date: 11/30/2008 11:15PM Mountain
I joined the site to have access to movies but instead these were tools/softwares to be able to download movies.
This is very deceptive and misleading
I have no interest what so ever about this software
Their FAQ states:
"Q:Tell me more about your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
A:If you're ever unsatisfied with your membership, you can simply cancel with no further obligations."
According to the Terms & Conditions states that:
'If you are within your first 60 days of our guarantee period you are eligible for a refund. '
Thus, I requested a refund by attempting to click customer support but this only leads to more advirtisement and a broken link! So far NO Refund.

I was a victim of that site as you...but it was resolved within days less than a week.

If you have paid via Paypal then you have received a Receipt for Your Payment to ClickBank
Go to Paypal site...log in...go to....
-Resolution Center
-Transaction Dispute
or
- (click)Report a Problem
- (click) Item dispute: I did not receive an item I purchased or the item I received is significantly not as described
- (click) continue
- enter/type your transaction ID
from there just follow the instructions and explain your concerns
It is more or less the same with ClickBank:
For sure you have a Receipt for your ClickBank Order #_______
