I was upgrading my itunes and this cite popped up. Not being familular with itunes I thought this cite was part of it and I had to pay to update my itunes on my laptop. Then I find out from my daughter that itunes is not cost. I try to call this Internet and they are EST. So I wait until the next day and was put on hold forever. Im at work I can't wait. By the time I realize that the email is availble to me I email them and they say sorry you missed the seven day window. I ask very nice and they say Its impossible, I try to explain the time difference and can't make it waiting on hold forever and they would not listen. Today they closed me off and won't have anything to do with me. I now am unable to email them anymore. They have shut the door and I have been taken for $51.29.

Plus orignally the cite said that it was $23.46 with out me knowing the added $12.95 and $14.88. I was ripped off.
