I wanted to purchase an online music download site. When I realized that this was not the site I was trying to join with, they did not let you cancel out of the system.
I did not accept term and after I printed the order confirmation and received a confirmation email tried to contact the website. They don't have a good system on how to contact them, because they don't want you to.
I got their phone number and when I called to get a refund, they stated that once you put in your credit card number, you accept the terms and conditions, although I wasn't ask to accept them until the end.
Either way, they said that the terms that I accepted stated that if you call to cancel, they will charge you $9.88 for cancellation.
This site is a rip-off so please don't get near them!
