I got an advertisement for Limewire.com. When I clicked on the picture it took me to TheMusicsMembersArea.com. It told me it downloaded free music and movies.

When I tried to install it they told me it was 99 cents for unlimited music. It charged my credit card and said that it was $23.76. The next screen told me they charged my card $60.54.

When I went to the site there was no way to cancel the transaction. They weren't even a part of Limewire. You can't even download music from the site.

They said that the first $9.95 is non refundable if I decide to cancel - but there was no option to cancel and they charged my credit card without me ever giving an OK to order the service. They charged me for three other services that I did not order either.

Isn't this fraud? Where is my right to recision?
