Complaint Review: Theodore Arnstein Ted Arnstein FSBO Marketing

Ted Arnstein called our home pretending to be interested in buying our home and left only his return number not disclosing any company or other reason for call. It ended up he was trying to sell us a "For Sale By Owner" Marketing service.

I asked him directly if he was trying to sell a service. Here is a summary: He said, "No I'm not selling anything, I have people interested in buying your home"
I said "Really, right now you have actual people interested in seeing my home and purchasing it"
He replied, "Well, No but we have lots of people all over the world who might be interested in your home"
I said, " So you want to sell a service"
He said, "Well, you want to sell your home don't you?"
I said, "So you were telemarketing to sell a service but didn't leave a company name or the purpose of your call"
He said, "I am not trying to sell you anything"
I said, "So why are you calling again"
He said, " I have a service you might be interested in"
He suddenly realized he was caught-
He got very offensive and confrontational and suddenly hung up after he was caught in multiple lies.

This was anextremely unethical way for a saleman to behave; buyer beware.
