We gave Ted a check for just under $2000 dollars for the replacement windows purchase. This was about 5 months ago. We had been in contact up to about a month ago. Ted stated he had just got busy once the windows came in and we are on his log for work. For the past month he has been avoiding our phone calls, texts, emails, FBook messages and visits to his home. We will be filing a complaint and small claims against Ted. I am not sure what value we will get out of this, but we hope that another family is not taken by Ted. We have tried many different ways to work this out with him, giving him a honest out. He has not accpeted. I wish for no one else to be taken by him .
