I did a cursory check on the Internet to find the best resume writing service for a project and Theous was listed on one site as the top service. My wife used A Better Resume and got a beautiful document in less than a week. I signed up with Theous Corporation and got ripped off. Initially, I got a ton of emails from different people after I paid $155 and filled out a questionnaire. The last was a guy named Marco Shannon was was listed as my project manager who promised a resume in seven days. It took a number angry emails from me and four weeks to get a document that was useless and amounted to a cut and paste job of my previous resume. The only people I've ever gotten on the phone were Marco and Cha, neither of whom spoke English very well, let alone had the ability to craft a cleaverly worded resume. I am going to use the service my wife used because she actually sat with a writer in person and got the document she wanted. I have requested my money returned but don't expect that to happen.

The BBB gives this company a rating of F. Yes, an F. Please stay away consider my $155 loss as a lesson learned for ANYONE considering doing business with these people. I am usually a better researcher than this so it is my fault. Do not make the same mistake.
