Complaint Review: Therapeutic Massage by Juliet

I had the worst experience ever with Therapeutic By Juliet in Modesto, California.  She would rescheduled and cancelled appointments at the last minute and still expected full payments.  I maid a mistake of paying her in advance for a series of sesssions and did not received the services, monetary loss $425.  I prepaid for ten sessions and she only copleted fours.  Her appointment wesite demand credit card numers before you could book an appointment. When I pushed her to get the appointments for the prepaid sessions she rudly told me to find another therapist and resufed to give me back my money.  I will not return to this business and not recommend anyone to have a message there.   April, Modesto, California.
