This is a statement to dispute the accusations against me and my business of 15 yrs. Going thru the list one by one, and giving facts that the reporters don’t care to check out before running an alleged creditable story.
1-Steven Kowalsky – owner of “ps I love your hair”
Says “he paid for an ad in the Coachella valley” Which his ad IS in the Coachella valley. So his promise of advertisements in the valley was completed and not only was it done right and on time but given to him for half the usual price. you can see his ad on tables at teddy’s restaurant now. On top of that because of his complaints I have given him a second ad for no charge at a different location which will run for another 2 yrs. And to top it off is ads included a free web page design. So who now is being bullied here?
2 –Judy Glenn – real estate agent. She paid for an ad that will be on tables at the blue coyote bar and grill in Palm Springs, in early May of 2014. In my opinion she is mixing up words to get her fifteen minutes of fame. I’m very clear when doing a presentation and going thru the contract with clients. I show a list of my 24 previous table locations and that there ad will be on the next project at one location and on any following locations there will be a gold member list with their name of business and number on it for 2 years. I also have been in contact with Judy Glenn a few times since her contract was written up.
3 – Bruce Carmichael –owner of advantage inspection. He bought in 09, and was placed on tables at D’Carlos. We have his signed contract and photos of the artwork on the tables. As for the accusations of forging a second contract; I did no such thing! It was a carryover signature from the first contract. Maybe that’s why he has waited 5 yrs to say he is unhappy with my services.
4 -To answer the questions for the blue coyote I went to the owner Don Cavanaugh and signed a contract about nine months ago. There were two contracts signed; one for advertising is admitted, and is in Teddies restaurant. The second contract was to put tabletops into his restaurant. The tabletops are free to the restaurant owner. I informed Don that there were projects scheduled before Blue Coyote. At the time I was producing Mario's tables in Coachella and Teddy’s tables in Old Town La Quinta. His ad that he paid money for is in Teddy’s restaurants in La Quinta right now. It was placed in January 2014.
5- As for the 19th hole in palm desert, I did that restaurant 10 yrs ago. Since then they have been replaced by my downline. The confusion must come from them being on my list of places I have put tables in throughout my entire carrier of advertising.
6- As for the 32 small claims on my record and 2010 the recession hit I had a
A disgruntled client that set the wheels in motion for a domino effect with other clients. Along with that, my assistant was to write individual emails and instead she accidentally did a mass blast email. It didn't go to all the other clients like it should have, therefore creating havoc, like we're dealing with now. So I filed bankruptcy because it all became too overwhelming to deal within the end; all the 32 People ended up going on tabletops when I restarted my business! I ALWAYS DELIVER!
7- Now for the statements that Amanda Bradshaw made---first of all I have proof that she and her husband are known felons 3 times over. Their claims that their ad isn’t on tables are false to say the least. They are on Macario’s Mexican and seafood off Indio blvd in indo. As for the court case they claim to have won, I was never served papers to even have the chance to defend myself of my business!
those who don't choose to educate themselves and just follow in line throw me for a loop! and just to be clear when you do an investigative report there has to be some investigateing work done! and people like amanda bradshaw shouldn't throw bricks because with a criminal record you could burried in bricks yourself
