I have ThermalPane windows in my home purchased from "Windows Concepts of Milwaukee" as representives of Thermal Dimensions Inc. one of the windows is warped appx. 1/8 inch. I have a 'Lifetime Non-prorated Warranty" from Thermal Dimensions Inc. when I contacted them they told me that the warranty was no good because they no longer make that window and the Company that sold them to me was no longer in business.

They are not going to get away with that if I can help it I filed complaints with Northern Illinois Better Business Bureau,,The Federal Trade Commision,,Wisconsin Consumer Affairs Commisioner,, Fox Channel 6 Action Line,,and the attorney General of the State of Illinois. If any of these cannot help to resolve this I will sue Thermal Dimensions Inc. Usually one or more of them can settle such issues

Window Concepts INC from Chicago, Il now in Elmhurst, Il SOLD ME these windows too. Their Man came to my house with samples. (Thermal Dimensions Concept 1 Windows.) My contract reads same as your warrenty. Window Concepts INC. contract states in their hand writting (Lifetime Non Prorated Transferable Warrenty). They wrote nothing about limited warrenty. Notice the name on the window (Concept 1) is also name of company who sold us these. I Only have their hand written warrenty statement on the contract at this time. Don't believe I ever received anything else but I am still checking. I called because I have condensation in sliding glass door window. Was also told on July 11,2008 the Manufacture went bankrupt in 1996. (I bought Dec 1995) but was told in any case seal warrenty ran out 2 yrs ago.( again their contract does not say anything about limited warrenty or exceptions.) I,m not sure yet wether we got scammed or they too, were hurt by a bankruptcy.

You sound like either an employee of this company or a person that would just sit back and let a company that sells a bad product tell you to go to blue blases.. well I'm not that type this is not a $100.00 window but a $2000.00 window that is warranted for a lifetime by the manufacturer and it sounds like you know nothing about thermalpane windows even 1/1000 of an inch will affect the sealing qualities of this window. and I'm a consumer that will not let a manufacturer get away with that and it sounds like you are not that type of consumer

Maybe it's warped more than that, maybe it isn't warped at all.

Maybe you'll be threatening to sue the maker of your tape measure next!
