Window Sliding Down: In 1997 when our Thermo Guard Windows were installed, for our entire house, we were very pleased. However, now a problem has happened with a window that falls down from the top and we cannot get it to stay up. I have called several numbers on our records and on the internet and has not been successful in getting help from Thermo Guard, Inc. This is causing cold air to come in. And the problem of cold air will result in a higher heating bill. I need someone to correct this problem as soon as possible. Thank you .
