Be careful with those people. I paid for the soulmate drawing, paid for extras including the guaranteed 30 minutes delivery. Never got my drawing so after 24 hours contacted them and asked for a refund. They have refused. I asked couple more times politely but they have stopped answering my emails. Never heard from them ever since.
