Thesurveyzone.com Charged my account for the membership fee but did not give membership information. No response to my emails. Internet
I filled out the membership information to get started with filling out surveys and making some money doing it. I was under the impression I would receive information to be able to login within minutes of answering the confirmation email.
I have recieved NO login information!
I have tried contacting the company via email 3 times with NO RESPONSE!!!
I tried to contact with their supposedly online operators, but NO RESPONSE!!! (Wonder if there really is such an operator).
I am VERY unhappy and feel like I was taken advantage of. I want to warn others before losing their money. If someone from the company would contact me, I would feel better. I find it very irresponsible of the company to not return emails. And why have an online contact if no one answers. I waited for over 30 minutes one time!!!
