Complaint Review: The themes

We paid a $90 subscription to the site that consists on getting all the shot themes for free, the owner of this site hasnt updated our section for almost 3 months now but he keeps updating the main site and adding more stuff to the site.

We as paid members has requested the owner to give our money back but he never replies to our posts on their forums. We have demanded to the shop themes to be added to the selection but he haven't listen to our requests.

He said that we must request the themes so we can get them but we already did that and he keeps ignoring our request. We don't want this to happen to future members. Please end this ripp off as soon as possible. I'm sure more people will complain about that site.
