Thetravelinsider.com ripoff did not unlock my cell phone; did not return my cell phone as promised. Internet

On June 13 I sent my Mototola V188 cell phone to thetravelinsider.com to be unlocked. They promise 24 hour turnaround with them paying return postage for USPS next day delivery with insurance.

On June 15, I was notified that they could not unlock my phone. I requested they retun my phone. I got credited for my cost ($25.00) on June 15 but have not received my phone yet ( as of June 21). Repeated e-mail and phone calls were ignored. Finally got a message saying that the cell phone was mailed but no tracking information and not mailed as promised with insurance and next day delivery.

The owner is non responsive and I have no way of finding out the status of the delivery. I did suspend my cell phone service - a major disruption; The travelinsider.com does not want to answer simple request from me.
