I thought I was getting a decent recording of a movie from these guys but they sent me garbage instead. They claim to offer refunds but they instead charged my card again and responded with a very crude and racially insulting email when I simply told them I wasn't happy with the item. Flush your money down the toilet before dealing with these guys.

Now this is a GREAT CO. 1st of all, the emphasis they place on Customer Service is second to none. Secondly, there is a diverse racial and ethnic background among the staff which makes the comment a laugh. Just Email them with a problem and they will take care of it for you.
