We had placed an online order for our son's christmas present. The company sent us a confirmation email of receipt of the order. The next day the money was taken. After several days without hearing anything, we sent an email asking about the order. We recieved a reply with a tracking number attached. After several more days and the package showing only that a label was created but never picked up, we emailed them again. We recieved no reply. To date, two weeks later we have not heard anything from them, and tje package has never been shipped. This company refuses to return any correspondence we have sent them.
