capital choice promised me a credit card delivered to me within,
a few days.it has been almost 2 weeks and i still havent recieved one. Capitol choice did not follow through with there promise.instead they made me a bitter man. and it saddens me to think that this so called company is getting away with this.how many more are there?

i would like to add to my report that i recieved my offer in the mail.would this make it mail fraud? isnt that a federal crime?
