Thin Perfect Boby Jupiter -- Garcinia Cambogia Scammed to Sell More Product than Advertised St. George Utah
I went to the company's website to view the Dr. Oz TV commercial insert. Afterwards, I input the purchase information required. When I clicked the purchase order button, the site immediately gave me an immediate confirmation for the purchase of five bottles ($159). The confirmation named a different company and the customer service number (877-763-0272) was different than that used on the site. I called imediately and was told that I did'nt use the website properly to purchase one bottle as intended. They offered a 30% discount which would not allow a return of the five product bottles which was "shipped already" -- according to them -- within minutes.I was told to call after receipt of the product. I received the product ten days later, and called a different number (855-978-6683)for customer service than that of the website and or order confirmation had -- from the internal purcahse order receipt. I called and was given an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by a rude and over-talking unprofessional customer service agent named "Suzy". I'm certain she gave a false name -- it took her too long to think of what to say. She offered a 50% discount on the product -- it must be a placebo if they can sell it for 50% of its retail value. She gave me the address and information to return the product. However, I filed a compliant with my financial instittuion, because I don't think I will ever hear from them concerning a refund (net of $5.95 per bottle), though I only wanted to order one of the five they scammed me for? This is truly a scam and no one should believe this company's ads or other materials. In hind-sight, I have learned of an extreme number of negative reviews and complaints against this company and its website trickery.
