Thing Direct rip-off over billing no response to querry from original contact no way to make hard contact Toronto Ontario
This product was a forced refund by the govmt due to false / missleading advertiseing.
As a result a 1-800-978-3629 number was given for cantact to get a refund for the product.
No return call was recieved from said company in regards to overbilling when first contact was made.
I was told multiple items and accesories were not valid on T V promo yet I was billed and told to read statement, sure enough it said T V promo was limited, I was told a company rep would contact me, never happened.
To day Feb 11 2003 when I called the number again I recieved only a recorded message which refered to thier supposed web site as per usual, guess what? not thier web site, suprise suprise.
so I still am not able to talk to anyone about the overbilling or what to expect if I just mail in the product recieved which is still in it's original packageing as well as shipping container.
