I been trying to get a refund to since May 06. I had to contact BBB on them before I was able to get in contact with them because they change companys on me. Now I been talking to Carvel the Quality Manager..at 1 800 544 8482 ext 111 for so long...First I thought they gave me a good deal by giving me another year free but that was supposed to be up in the 90 days and that has been a good 2 weeks ago. So now Im asking for a refund and they told BBB that I dont meet the requirments which is BULL. Now I have to fight them in court If they dont want to give my money back..PLEASE YALL DO NOT do business with them!!! nights baltimore, Maryland
