On their website they said they'd send me 4 software CDs for free just as a way for me to get familiar with their software, just charging $2.96 shipping. When I received software, the package said that they were going to charge me for the software if I didn't return it in 10 days. They said Don't ship them back without phoning them or going on their website to get a return authorization.

I tried the website and couldn't get through; then I phoned and they said "Our computers are down, so we can't authorize a return." I've been phoning for 5 days and they DO answer, that's one thing in their favor, but they keep saying their computers are down.

Judging from the packaging of their product and the fact that a very couteous woman does answer their phone, they may at one time have been thinking of running a legitimate business. It's hard to believe someone would go to all this trouble just for a scam. I wish they wouldn't resort to this crooked approach because maybe they have some good software I would buy if they were just decent and honest. As it is I've been afraid to even try out the software for fear that they've put viruses in them. They are SO devious!
