Complaint Review: Thinkbiz Solution

We signed up contract with this company to deliver our Magento website in late December. Terms of the contract was 50% upfront and 50% on completion. 

We had two fundamental issues with this company:

1. They didn't care about our delivering
2. They hold you hostage on making the final payment before code is pushed to the server

Issue 1: I had to constantly ask for updates and reminders on what was going on. Escalated multiple times to their managment, Ankit, he came in with full steam to mitigate but only for three days and then he disappeared as normal. A small project took more than 5 months and it's still not delivered.

Issue 2: Our agreement was balance payment of 50% when the project is complete. For last 10 days, the company is asking me to make additional payment of $500 before they'll push the code to the server. Now they are playing hardball and threatening that they will not deliver unless I make another payment but this was never the agreement. Weird thing is, they keep saying the project is complete when the code is not even pushed to the hosting server and has not even fully tested.

Beware of this company, they don't even honor their own word and they demand ransom to release the code. This is absolutely unethical when they can't hold true to their contracting terms.
