Complaint Review: Thinklasers.com JcmEnterprises.com

I ordered a laser on 5/10. I received the following email the next day:

Hello Matt,
your thinklasers.com order has been processed and shipped. You can expect the laser within 4-7 days or so, we will provide tracking #'s within 24-48 hours for your order. Please let me know if you have any questions and enjoy your laser responsibly.

I never received any tracking info but I waited until 5/19 to inquire. I called the main phone number (800-464-1609) many times trying to talk to someone without success. I called the other phone numbers on the website & the message was "This is a non-terminating phone number". I have emailed support also - no replies.

I have also found many other reports on the internet with similar complaints about thinklasers.com I believe it is a ripoff website. BEWARE!
