Thinsport Fee trial not so free Internet
My wife heard about the Thinsport pills on the Dr. Oz show. She purchased a 5.95 trial over the phone. They gave her a hardsell and called her back another time with the hardsell to buy more. She just ordered the free trial (The 5.95 was for shipping and handling).
A couple weeks later I am seeing a charge for 84.91 from my checking account. I am finding out now that the pills were supposed to be sent back within the trial period. We were under the impression that the pills that were shipped to us WERE the free trial and that, once they ran out, we would buy more, if we liked them.

Please read my report on my experience with them... contact your credit card company and tell them you did not authorize these charges.. my credit card company took care of it for me, to be sure i was not charged for an order i did not authorize.

I finally got hold of the customer service people. It seems as if the original 89.41 that was charged was because we waited to long to cancel, so it became a recurring charge. After getting nowhere with the call taker I asked to speak with the supervisor (Desiree) who told me that, when the new order arrives, we are to call and get an RMA order to send the second order back and then we would get a refund on the second order ONLY. I guess that's the best I can do, so I'll call the first charge a lesson learned.

I found out from my wife that she did get a notice that after the trial she would have to pay, but it was on the invoice with the pills. It was not explained to her on the phone. I just wanted to be fair and update.
