Complaint Review: thinsport pure garcinia cambogia

This company was not very good in customer service, they guarantee their product and then will not refund when the product does not work.  Their reason was that it was past the 30 day cutoff, well they were closed on the weekend and I was trying to give the product time to work, but it didn't.  It is an expensive product and I was willing to send back what was left.  They went by the order date, not the date that I received it.  So it is a major disappointment and rip-off.  Dr. Oz needs to investigate a company before he recommends their product as to how they deal with the public.  I will never trust his recommendations again!
