Do NOT purchase anything from this site or company. Their every intention is to get a "one time" fee of $149.95 from you and tell you that there is no recourse in getting your money back should you change your mind. I purchased a "trail" about a month and a half ago. I called and cancelled for both the trial and anything else they might send that same day. Was told by SupremeSales, which is the 800 number listed when ordering, I couldn't cancel the "trial" but there would be no futher charges by Supreme Sales or ThinTabs. I also called my bank and requested no futher charges be accepted by either company.

However, today there is $149.95 gone from my account. Upon calling ThinTabs, a different 800 number on the charge, and speaking with Reggie I was told that when I clicked "submit" I agreed to a one time fee of $149.95 & that my account could now be cancelled if I chose. I explained that I had previously cancelled. He showed nothing listed on my account ofcourse. And that since I had not been charged the $49.95 cancellation fee I would have to pay the full $149.95. I told him that I had in fact cancelled & was told I must not have because "they" are instructed to cancel if "a person calls to cancel enough times." ENOUGH TIMES! He as well as the person answering would not give me their selling permit number or any number listed with the state of Oklahoma for ThinTabs or SupremeSales. My hope is no one has to go through this. They should be shut down and ran out of town.

This company is mainly known as Pure Energy Labs, but they have numerous aliases, bearing the same address. Sorry you got ripped off, so did I, but I am continuing to pursue this matter. Stay tuned to ripoffreport.com's web site.
